We’re delighted to announce that ALA Workforce Solutions Regional Manager, Michelle Sleeth, has been appointed as the Secretary of the Australian Cotton Ginners Association (ACGA) – a high-profile organisation in Australia’s thriving cotton industry. Agri Labour Australia and Agri Talent have both been Associate Members of ACGA and have offered ongoing support to this industry body for many years, and both companies are pleased to further strengthen their involvement in the cotton sector.

For Michelle, the appointment is a natural progression of her own commitment to the cotton industry, where she has deep connections with people and organisations throughout the supply chain. “I’m really excited about my appointment at the Australian Cotton Ginners Association”, says Michelle, “as it feels like a natural fit for my industry experience. I’m looking forward to bringing my knowledge of different workforce solutions and the current cotton industry landscape – as well as my personal, life-long ag experience – to the role.”
