Agri Labour Australia has formally announced the appointment of Michael Rogers as the company’s new CEO.  Rogers, who had been acting as Agri Labour Australia’s COO since July 2024, stepped into the position with immediate effect.

The new appointment is part of the company’s long-term strategic vision, and the team is delighted to have Michael move into the role.

“Over the last year, Michael has excelled in his position at Agri Labour Australia – helping drive the business forward as part of a planned progression,” says Managing Director, Casey Brown. “In his new role as CEO, Michael will continue leading ALA toward its vision of becoming Australia’s preferred and largest agricultural workforce solutions provider.”

For Michael, the position will see him lead the company as it experiences significant and ongoing growth. “It’s been a pleasure to be part of the Agri Labour Australia team as we play an active role in shaping Australia’s world-class agriculture industry, and I’m committed to further expanding our offering,” said Michael. “I’m delighted to take on the role of CEO, and I look forward to guiding the company into the future.”
